We have made onboarding your studio mates incredibly simple. You do not need to share passwords or deal with complicated user permissions. Here is how you can get your team set up in just a few minutes:
- Navigate to Collaboration: Open your main dashboard and click on the Tribe Collaboration menu.
- Send the Invite: Under the Tribe Collaboration (3 Guest Seats) menu, you can invite up to 3 members to your digital atelier directly from the app. Simply type in their email address.
- Instant Access: Guests receive an automated email with their login credentials, instantly granting them access to your shared inventory “Apartment”.
Once they log in, they will see the exact same Textile Library and Pattern Vault that you see, allowing them to search for materials before they start their next project.

Managing Your Team with the Shared Stash Ledger
Inviting guests to your Tribe Tier Shared Apartment does not mean you lose control of your inventory. In fact, you gain more visibility than ever before.
Once your team members are in the app, you can view the Shared Stash Ledger. This is a unified dashboard view tracking exactly who added, removed, or used yardage and notions in real-time. If your studio mate cuts two yards off a bolt of canvas, their user avatar will appear next to that deduction in the ledger. You will have a complete history of your shared studio’s inventory.
Furthermore, any Tribe member can utilize the Master Shopping Sync. This allows any user to add an item to the “To Buy” list, instantly syncing it to the primary WooCommerce dashboard for the account owner to purchase.
